Terms of Service

Sucare Inc. (“Sucare,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is a Canadian company providing non-medical community care services and related products in Ottawa, Ontario and Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.

You may use the Service for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the Service in a way that violates any law or regulation;
• Attempt to disrupt, attack, probe, or reverse-engineer the Service;
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information; or
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm another person.

Information submitted through our contact form is used to respond to your inquiry and discuss potential care services. Submitting an inquiry does not create a care agreement; any services will be provided under a separate written arrangement.

Product orders placed through the site are requests to purchase and are not confirmed until our team contacts you to verify availability, pricing, delivery, and payment. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for reasons of stock, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

Prices are shown in Canadian dollars. Applicable taxes (HST 13%) and shipping fees are added at checkout. Delivery times are estimates only.

Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us at sucare.help@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery if you wish to discuss a return or exchange.

Sucare provides non-medical community and companion care. Content on the Service is for general information only and is not medical, nursing, or professional health advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions.

All content on the Service — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is owned by Sucare Inc. or its licensors and is protected by Canadian and international copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute it without our written permission, except for ordinary personal use of the site.

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sucare disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sucare Inc. and its directors, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service or an order will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the order giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred Canadian dollars (CAD $100).

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including consumer protection laws in your province of residence.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sucare Inc. from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. The courts located in Ottawa, Ontario have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
